September – October Saturday Night Tamale MakingParties (Groups of 10 – 16)
This is great fun for a group of friends. While sipping complimentary wine margaritas, guests learn how to make tamales--the masa (dough), the filling (beef or chicken), how to wrap them in corn husks and how to steam them. While the tamales cook, Phil Stover will provide entertainment. A great tamale dinner follows with green salad, tamales, frijoles, tortillas, salsa, guacamole and dessert. Cost of Tamale Party - $65.00 per person. Must be a guest of the Hacienda to participate.

Thanksgiving: November 27, 28, 29 and 30
Guests of Hacienda Corona over this holiday will enjoy a gourmet Thanksgiving feast. The menu is: Smoked Barbequed Turkey, Chorizo-Cornbread Stuffing, Cranberry Salsa, Green Salad with pomegranate seeds, sweet potatoes with tequila and lime, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, seasonal vegetables with a Southwestern flair, pumpkin pie and pine nut tart. The cost is $55.00 per person and the meal will be served at 3:00 pm. A complimentary glass of wine will be served with the meal.
